HOW TO USE

Consume 1 serving per day, ideally post-workout.

Mix 25g with 150ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender.

150ml is recommended for optimal taste but these are guidelines and more or less water can be added to suit your preference.

Once mixed, consume immediately. For exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams.

This product is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with food as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, not as a substitute for such. Recommended consumption is one 25 g serving per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. Keep out of reach of young children.
